Bosley, the Language Bear

Meet Tim Johnson

Tim_smMy name is Tim Johnson and I began this project out of my passion for dual language books and to help expose young children all around the world to new languages.  It is my dream to raise my twin boys speaking or at least understanding many languages and help others do the same.

The first Bosley book, Bosley Sees the World was published in 2011 and received a great response from teachers, homeschoolers and parents from around the world.  The series will continue as long as people continue to enjoy their adventures with Bosley.

I am writing these books with the deliberate intention of teaching young children new words and phrases using the following methods:

Repeat words
Simple phrases,
Opposites,
Highlighted vocab words,
Contextual learning
Corresponding imagery

I hope you enjoy reading and learning with Bosley as much as I do. I look forward to offering many more adventures with Bosley in the future.

If you have any questions or comments on the book please feel free to contact me at  info @ theLanguageBear . com  (remove spaces).

Learn the Joy of Self-Publishing Children’s Books!

self publish your childrens book start to finishI have been having such a GREAT time publishing and I’ve discovered a lot of tricks and strategies along the way that make it that much easier, that much more fun, and that much more profitable.  It is a great time to be a children’s author and if you’ve considered writing a book at any point in your life, now is the time to make it happen :)

I’ve put together a start-to-finish video course that will teach you all of my strategies and give you all the resources you’d ever need to be a successful children’s author.  If you’re at all interested in becoming a self-published children’s author, I would love to hear from you and help you along on your journey.

Good luck!!
