The Language Bear is now offering a brand new type of flash card. These might be a little different than flash cards you've used in the past. I intended them just to be a study tool for me as I studied foreign languages, but I figured that I could share them with others who shared my interests.

The beauty of the cards is in the simplicity, I was tired of finding online flash cards that presented a limited number of cards per stack. These flash cards offer several hundred words per language (and always growing), and allow you to pick either a category or a word type, or select ALL categories and word types for random study; which I find to be very helpful actually. If you are familiar with the words, the random study will force you to remember them without repeating the same cards over and over. However, if you need more repetition you can pick a category which will have a finite number of cards and you will get sporatic repetition of the random cards. This will allow you to stay focused and not drone off into an unending pattern of over-repeated cards.
